Privacy Policy

This policy describes information handled by the Mister Printer customer-facing website and mobile app experience. The mobile apps use the same secure website/backend rather than connecting directly to the database.

Information we collect

Depending on the service you use, Mister Printer may collect order and contact information such as customer or company name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, order instructions, uploaded print files, page/copy selections, quotation and receipt information, delivery details, order comments, and payment references or proof screenshots.

Uploaded printing files

Files you upload are used to prepare and fulfill your printing order. Unpaid or abandoned files may be deleted as part of operational storage cleanup, while transaction records may be retained for business, accounting, fraud-prevention, support, or legal purposes.

Payments

For PayMongo payments, customers are redirected to PayMongo’s hosted payment experience. Mister Printer stores payment status, transaction identifiers, amount, payment method, and related order records needed to confirm and reconcile the transaction. Card or e-wallet credentials entered on PayMongo are not collected directly by the Mister Printer website.

Delivery and fulfillment

When J&T or Lalamove is selected, the information needed for delivery may include recipient details, phone number, House/Street, Barangay, City/Municipality, Province, optional ZIP code, courier tracking or booking references, and fulfillment status.

Communications

Order updates may be sent through email and selected SMS milestones. Customer-visible comments and secure Business Partner links may also be sent to the email or mobile number recorded on the order.

Analytics and website operation

The public website uses Google Analytics and Mister Printer's internal first-party visitor analytics to understand website usage and improve customer access. The internal analytics may record an anonymous visitor/session identifier, page path and page title, access date and time, referring website domain, country code estimated from the visitor's IP address, device/browser/operating-system category, a masked IP address, and a one-way IP hash. The internal analytics does not store the full IP address or URL query strings. A first-party visitor cookie and a short-lived session cookie are used to distinguish visitors and browsing sessions. Server logs and security controls may separately process request information for reliability and security.

Advertising and Meta Pixel

The public marketing and online-ordering pages may use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to measure visits and advertising performance, understand whether ads lead people to Mister Printer pages, and support relevant advertising on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar browser technologies and may receive information such as the page visited, browser/device information, approximate network information, referrer, and event timestamps. Mister Printer does not intentionally place the Meta Pixel on secure order-detail, payment, receipt, authenticated customer-dashboard, or other pages that may expose order-specific or account-specific information in the page URL.

Service providers

Mister Printer may use service providers necessary to operate the service, including PayMongo for hosted payments, email and SMS delivery providers, hosting infrastructure, analytics and country-level IP geolocation services, and selected couriers or delivery services. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Security

We use server-side access controls, secure HTTPS connections, validation, and operational safeguards intended to protect customer and order information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact Mister Printer to ask about correcting customer/order contact information or other reasonable privacy requests, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
